• Upon direction from a legal authority.
• Upon suspicion of fraudulent activity.

BD2999 will endeavor to notify the user before closing an account; however, immediate closure may occur where security is at risk.

8Limitation of Liability

BD2999 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Games interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or similar circumstances.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
